All orders placed before 3 PM Saturday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day, regardless of delivery method chosen, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Order placed after 3 PM or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. We offer two delivery options for Bangladesh orders:
For inside Dhaka city- Courier service by Redex and Pathao (Will be delivered to you within approximately 1 working day)
For outside Dhaka city - Courier service by Sundorban & SA paribahon for all Bangladesh (Will be delivered to you within approximately 3 days)
We also offer same day delivery to your place inside Dhaka with extra charge, or you can visit our place and collect your items, but you must confirm with us before you visit.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if you buy the wrong item by mistake please return it to us unworn and originally packed within 5 days and we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
When returning please enclose the invoice we send you or a cover letter with the order number, your full name and full address and most importantly your requirements.
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days, Please allow us up to 7 working days for a refund.
